Clay Alan Art creates unique, hand-painted watercolor and pen portraits of your guests, offering a memorable and personalized keepsake. Each portrait takes about 5 minutes to complete, allowing for up to 6 couples (12 guests) per hour. These one-of-a-kind drawings are finished and delivered before the end of the event. For larger guest lists, you can hire an assistant painter to increase the pace, accommodating up to 10 couples (20 guests) per hour. Guests will love this fun, interactive wedding favor, which they will cherish for years to come
Investment
$250 for the first hour, and $200 for each additional hour. There is a minimum of $350.
Price includes one painter and a non-painter assistant.
A second painter can be added for $75 per hour. We recommend hiring a second painter for weddings with over 60 guests.
For bookings longer than 2 hours, the painter(s) and assistant will require a meal.
To confirm your booking, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date.
Process
The artist (and painting assistant) will arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled event time and will paint throughout the event.
We provide the table, chair, tablecloth, and all necessary equipment and materials for the portraits.
Each portrait will be placed in a protective plastic covering to keep it safe. Guests can pick up their finished portraits during the event, and any unclaimed portraits will be left with the contracted client at the end of the night.
