Our partial planning packages are designed to be fully customizable to meet the unique needs of every couple. Here’s an example of a partial planning package we offer for brides:
Initial Planning Meeting: As soon as you book with us, we’ll have an initial consultation to get started. We will go over your budget and wedding vision.
Follow-Up Meetings: We’ll schedule meetings a year out, six months out, and three months out to ensure everything stays on track.
Weekly Meetings: Starting six weeks before your wedding, we’ll have weekly meetings to finalize details, including a final walk through at your wedding
Venue and Vendor Lists: We provide a curated list of vendors, including three options each for categories like catering, DJs, mariachi bands, florists, staff, bartenders, photography, videography, and transportation. We’ll even call to confirm their availability and are within your budget.
Day-of Coordinator: Our package includes 10 hours of day-of coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly on your wedding day.

I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator for our wedding because we were planning a budget wedding, but we decided to go ahead and just do it and I am SO GLAD we did. Megan took care of the details so we could focus on enjoying our day. We had weekly meeting the month leading up to our day where we worked out the little details and she brought up things that I would have never thought about. On the day of she was very involved in tying up the loose ends, rounding up our wedding party, keeping the timeline on track, and handling issues as the arose.
