Booking is flexible and transparent.
You are able to book for just the cocktail hour or add the entire reception (up to 4 hours)

The cost is $250 for the first hour and $200 for every hour after. If you have a bigger guest count, you can hire a 2nd painter at $50 an hour to ensure more of your guests will be painted.

In order to book we require a signed contract as well as 50% deposit. The total amount is due 2 weeks before the wedding date. 

The artist (and assistant) will arrive 30 minutes before the schedule event time and paint throughout the . 

We provide the table, chair, tablecloth, and all equipment and materials needed for the portraits. 

Each portrait will be enclosed in a plastic covering to keep safe. Guests can pick up their finished portraits throughout the event and all remaining portraits not picked up will be left with the contracted client.
